TENNESSEE RACING BILL LEXINGTON, Ky., May 26. The expectation is that a racing bill now before the Tennessee legislature at Nashville will be adopted and that the sport will be revived at Nashville and Memphis under the control of a state racing commission and with pari-mutuel betting. There are rumors to the effect that there may be racing also at Chattanooga and Knoxville.
