BILL DALY AND OCONNOR PAET. New Orleans, La., February 4. Jockey OConnor and W. C. Daly have fallen out. Daly holds a contract for OConnors services that has yet two years to run. It was reported OConnor had started for Brooklyn but new developments cropped up in the case late tonight. As the jockey was leaving an intimate friend influenced him to remain over until next week.
