THE AM KB I PAX TDBF CONGUES. The annuel meeting of the American Turf CoDgreee was held at the Wellington Hotel yesterday, with the bulk of the business transacted at the night session. The delegates representing the various clubs composing the Corgress met at noon, but beyond accepting an invitation to view the rscss at Herlem did nothing more important than adjourning until 6 p.m. The club3 were represented as follows: James Howard, Washington Park Club; W. F. Schulte, New Louisville Jockey Club; L. P. Tarlton, Latonia Jockey Club; Robert Anil, St. Louis Jockey Club; J. W. Ruaswnrm, Tennessee Breeders Association; M. N. Mac-farlan, New Memphis Jockey Club; S. M. Apperson, Arkansas Jockey Club; James Hoes, Cincinnati Live Stock and Driving Park Company; C. S. Bush, New Louisiana Jockey Club; Frank Fowler, Queen City Jcckey Club of Newport, Ky.; Edward Corrigan, Pacific Coast Jockey Club; W. 0. Parmer, Highland Park Club of Detroit; M. Nathanson, Harlem Jockey Club. Mr. Richard Fitzgerald represented the newly organized Chicago Jockey Club in its application for succession to the defunct Chicago Racing Association. In the absjnce of President S. R. Montgomery of Memphis, Robert Anil, vice president, acted as chairman. Up to the time Daily Racing Form went to press the delegates were still in session with no.hing ready for publication.
