Burns rated her cleverly in behind Tommy OBrien to the head of the stretch, then passed the Iatt6r as though be was stationary. Tommy OBrien is an inconsistent yonnester. He requires strong handling and Conley tilled the bill to perfection. Caloocan i faint-hearted. Sne seemed to have Tommy OBrien beaten for second place at the boad of the stretch, but weakened under pressure at .the end. Ro3a Diah labored in the goinp. So did Sir Fitzhngh and Chickamauga. Glenmoyne ran a creditable race and Harry Thoburn a bad one. The letters raca was out of line with bis recent running. Canova was bnraped into and badly interfered with at tba start. Elidad looked dangerous on the far turn but died away at the end Bhotbelt was well backed but ran a no-account race. Wilson was stiff and sore and seems on the verge of breaking down.
