Next Monday the FaBig-Tipton Go. will sell all the thoroughbreds belonging to the long famous Palo Alto Stud and Madison Square Garden will no doubt be thronged to witness the translation of Racine, Flambeau, Flirt, Gorgo, Fairy IRose, Bosetta, Cornelia, Amelia and Music to new owners. There is one yearling filly in the lot to be Bold that for sentiments sake should turn out to be a flyer. She ia by St. Carlo Fairy Rose and is named Rose Carlo. She is a half sister to Racine, Fairy d and Rosormondc, and as she iB said to be a k rand looking joungmiBS it is quite in the line of probability that she is destined to add to the fame of Fairy Rote as a great broodmare. On the same day, at Lexington, Ey., Wood-aid and Shanklin will begin a sale that is to run all through the weekend when it comes to a close several hundred thorcnghbreds will have changed ownership. It is to be in some respects the most important sale of the year, Horsemen f rem all parts of the country are preparing to attend on the chance of being able to pick up a bargain, a big party having arranged to leave New York Saturday night. The number of horses catalogued is 04, embracing hones in training, stallions, broodtrares and yearlings, the latter being over 209 in number and embracing the progeny of such sires as Hanover, Pirate of Penzance, Iroquoip, Margrave, St. Flcrian, St. Blaise, Prices Royal, Onondaga, 8trthnjor?, Lamplighter, Troubadour, Masetto, Miser, Favor, Rili y, July, Ber-Ban, Leone tuB, Falsetto. Eshor, Lazzarone, St. Saviour. Portland, Aintree, Deceiver, Fonso, RoBtington, Eothen, Belvidere, Wagner, Kingston, Prince of Monaco, Albert and, in short, about all the famous stallions in this country. Among the horses in training to be disposed of are such good ones as Serrano, Kriss Kringle, Algol, W. Overton, Streamer, The Rush, Unsightly, Merito, High Degree, Yoloco, Lightning Express, Miss Gutjsie, Caviar, Vohicer, Anna Bain and many others well known to all frequenters of tho race course. Altogether it promises to be a busy and important week at Lexington.
