PERSONS RULED OFF. Covington, Ky., January 21, 1900. The following are rulings by the Crescent City Jockey Club : J. Dyment, trainer, suspended indefinitely from ail privileges. Fred Perkins, b. c, 4, by Perkins— Our Freddie, suspended indefinitely. Entries of other horses in this stable regardless of ownership-are suspended for remainder of meeting. E. C. Hopper. Secretary. Covington, Ky., March 7, 1900. The Crescent City Jockey Club have suspended indefinitely Nekarnh, ch. g. r , by Fonso— Flower Dellis, for inconsistent running. E. C. Hoppkk. Secretary. Covington, Ky.. April .- , 1900. The Committee of Appe»ls has reinstited J. D. Clayton, who w»s indefinitely snspended by the Crescent City Jockey hib on January 5, for the inconsistent performance of the mare Vir-gieO. E. . Hocpkr, Secretary. Covington, Ky., March 22, 1899. The Crescent City Jockey Club has notified me of the ruling off of jockey W. Stewart for purposely riding to lose on the horse Seiden-bach and other horses at the meeting. E. C. Hopper, Secretary. Covington, Ky., August 2, 1899. The following jockey licenses have been revoked by the License Committee on recommendation of the judges of the Chicago Jockey Club, vi*.: F. Rutter, Charles Melton, T. McNickle. E. C. Hopper, Secretary. Covington, Ky., September H, 1899. W, K. Duffys trainers license has been revoked by the committee. The Chicago Jockey Club has removed the suspension against jockey J. McDonald. E. C. Hopper, Secretary. Covington, Ky., Jan. 31. 1900. The Crescent City Jockey Club has notified me of the following rulings : Jockey Forehand indefinitely suspended. Jockey J. Harshberger suspended until April 1, 1900. E. C. Hopper, Secretary.
