Harshberger. on Rebecca Wells, cut across from the outside and interfered with several horses at the start. Momentum getting the worst of it. Rebecca Wells then established a long lead and held it. Momentum closed a big gap. and with an even break might have won. Cousin Lettie also ran a good race. Bromo and Rotha showed earlv speed, but both tired and quit.
