STAKES Cf OSING TODAY TODAYAt At midnight of this day the big lists of rich and important stakes offered by the Brooklyn Jockey Club and Westchestor Bacing Associa ¬ tion will close for entries DAILY BACING FORM has heretofore called the attention of western owners to tha importance of engaging their horses in these stakes and in view of the fact that owners are sometimes neglectful advises those who have meant to make entries bnt have forgotten to do so that there is still time any entry that is mailed before midnight being valid Stake lists that inclnde such great events as the Great American Tremont Junior Champion Brooklyn Derby and the newly established Hindoo Stakes at Brooklyn and Belmont Withers Ladies Juvenile Eclipse Nnrsery and Champagne Stakes at Westchester are not to be ligbtly overlooked Entry blanks are ready at this office and will be furnished to all who may apply for them
