Havensbury ran a good race under his heavy impost. Our Jessie did not show the speed of her last previous performance and was never a factor. 8cratohed-279423Queen W., 101; 27994 Ashbrook, 96; 27962 Mary Grant, 96. Overweights Our Jessie, 4 pounds. Loves Labor went to the front at the stretch turn and easily stalled off Enghurst and won with much in reserve. Enghurst lost ground on the turns in the early stages but when fully in his stride he covered ground rapidly. Aloha II. was caught in a jam at the three-eighths post and Robertson waB forced to pull up to a standstill to keep from going over the fence. He finished strongly and made up much ground in the last quarter. Greetings was also interfered with at the same time. No show betting. 28028 FIFTH BACE6 l-a Furlongs. He is In rare form at present and it will take a good horse to defeat him. W.B.Gates easily outclassed the others, but his numerous recent races have possibly dulled hia speed. Mrs. Brunell made up much ground in the last furlong. Will Fay showed early spsed. Scratched 27965Nettie Regent, 109; 2799620scar, 106; 279532Dan Paxton, 105. No show betting. 2029 SIXTH RACE 1 MUe. He performs better on a soft track. Chiquaeabog doea not call for much comment. 8cratched-2799338arilla, 105. No Bhow betting.
