Omdurman, slightly cut off when entering the stretch, got through luckily in the spread and finished with a rush. Hermencia ran an excellent race and waB right there at the finish. Odnor had enough when a furlong out. Ressda gradually fell away beaten after the first six furlongs had been run W. J. Deboe quit in the last quarter.
