Disadvantage Btripped in grand form after a long let up and ran a great race, but was unexpectedly brought to a drive by Whiskey Kings game finish after she had apparently seamed the easiest of winners. She was evidently short. Whiskey King put up a splenaid struggle throughout. Bock-water came from far behind in the last furlong and was going fastest of all at the end. Grail was prominent throughout. King Hanover was probably short, as he quit badly at the end. Brunswick and City Bank were going very strongly at the finish. Scratched-287763Chilton, 113. Heels waB favored in being a horse easily placed and had plenty left whan called on. Hernando was rated along for the entire distance and caught Blues and Water Color tiring but was clearly outfinished by Gold Heels which was undoubtedly the best and fittest. Water Color was choked too much in an effort to place him and tired. Maid of Harlem closed a tremendous gap and ran the beBt race of her career. Imp lacked condition for such a trying courst. Blues set a tremendous pace for nearly two miles, with Water Color and Gold Heels in close attendance, then stopped almost to a walk. The others except Imp were driving after the first half mile had bean run. Gold HeelB, Bhow, 7 to 10. Hernando, show, 4 to 5. Water Color, show, 3 to 5.
