Hun-tressa caught Kindred on the stretch turn and the difference in weight enabled her to draw away in the run home. At that Lad Kindred bsd another race in him he would in all probability have won, ae. be tired in tie last sixteenth as if short. Springwelle was badly handled and ehould have been much closer up. May allowed him to swerve badly in the Btretcb. Miss Aubrey made up much ground from a bad beginning. Miss Guido weakened in the last quarter. Scratched 29166 Mazeta, 97. Banquo II. waB off well in motion and Walker kept him hard at it all the way. He was under a hard drive in the last furlong to stall off Biger. The latter finished resolutely and but for meating with early interference should have won. Omelia ran woll under punishment and showed im-proyement. Ellis was under keen pressure all the way. Frank Pearce closed up fast from a bad beginning. De Blaise showed early speed, but tired as if short.
