ST. LOUIS IN THE FOLD. At the annual meeting of the Western Jockey Club, held on December 9, 1901, the following: "business was transacted: Valle Boyburn, of St. LouiB, and Angelo S. Cella, of Chicago, were elected membe re of the club. M. NathanBon, G. 8. Bash and Angelo S. Cella -were elected stewards to serve for two years. K Clause. IX. of the constitution and by-laws -waB amended so as to include St. LouiB Fair Association club department, of St. Louis, Mo., and Delmar Jockey Club, of St. Louis, Mo., as recognized meetings of the Western Jockey Club. Meeting adjourned. Meeting of the Board of Stewards will be held tomorrow, December 10. The foregoing is the official statement of the proceedings of the Western Jockey Club at its annual meeting yesterday, as furnished by Secretary Euhl. The most important point made public is the fact that Delmar and the St. Louis Fair Association have secured membership in the Western Jockey Club and that Mr. Angelo S. Cella has been elected a steward to represent -the St. Louis tracks, succeeding Mr. Robert Aull. The natural result of this transaction shonld be that in 1902 Nashville, Little Bock, Newport and Highland Park are to race under license from the Western Jockey Club,
