The stakes opened December 21 and are to cIobs January 25. Following are the fixtures announced: Cumberland Derby, for three-year-olds, ,0CO added ; 1 1-8 miles. Carter Memorial Belling, for three-year-olds and upward, 00 added; 1 mile and 20 yards. Belle Meade States, for two-year-old fillies, 00 added ; 1-2 mile. Avondale Stakes, for two-year-olds, 00 added ; 4 1-2 furlongs. Gerst Handicap, for three-year-olds and upward, 00 added; 7-8 mile.
