NOTICE TO OWNERS. Secretary Kuhl of the Western Jockey Glnb stated yesterday that the meeting of the Board of Stewards on January 6 will be one of the most important ever held by that body, as it will be the last meeting prior to the time sot for the closing cf entries to the principal stakes to be inn during the coming racing season, and owners and trainers now under the ban of disqualification will not be permitted to enter their horses in any cf the stakes unless they are reinstated at the January meeting. The reinstatement of a disqualified owner or trainer does not carry with it the reinstatement of his horses, and an owner or trainer making application for reinstatement should be careful to include the names of all horses owned or under his control, as failure to do this will leave them still under the ban, and if entered in Btakes, the entries will be thrown out. This applies to horsemen already reinstated, who did not give the names of all their horseB, and such horses are still disqualified.
