Full datallS cf the conditions of the grand list of stakes tendered horse owners by the Washington Park Club appear in the advertising department of this issue of Daily Bacing Form. As a strictly added money list it is without a rival in this country. Horsemen race thoir charges at Washington" Park for greater sums of money at leEs cost to themselves than at any other track in America. Inspection of the small cost of nominating to these stakes will serve to verify this highly important feature. These Btakes need no special commendation. From the world famous American Derby with its great endowment of 0,000 added money down they are all familiar, and owners who fail to enter their horses will simply Btand in their own light. It is not probable, however, that the names of many western horses cf etake caliber will fail to appear when Secretary Howard publishes hiB list of nominations.
