WESTERN JOCKEY CLUB ACTION. The regular meeting of the Board of Stewards of the Western Jockey Club was held on Monday, July 7, 1902. The following resolution was adopted : "WhereaB, complaints have been made to the Board of Stewards in reference to the practice of certain jockeys who persist in foul and reckless riding in spite of frequent fines and minor punishments, "Resolved, That the licenses of jockeys hereafter guilty of such practice will be revoked." Disqualification of the following persons and horses was removed: G. Kennedy, owner; the horses Mento, Dr. Bour-land. John Laflerty, owner; the horses Alma Price, Baby Hall, Halmis. M. P. Mattingly, owner; the horses Orris, F. W. Bonnie, White Wings. G. T. Payne, owner: the horses Tossetti, Lucinda Ann. George Tuggle, owner; the horses Clinton B., Milk Weed, Beulah P. Application of Otto Neimeyer for permission to start the horse Latonka was denied. Application of jockey A. Heliresen for remittance of a fine of assessed against him at St. LouiB was denied.
