Ellisons recent purchase at the Mackay sale, turned the same distance in a shade; loss than 1 :14. L. Jackson was set down three days for foul riding on The Cuckoo in tho fifth race Thursday. The famous and much traveled Nasturtium has arrived here from Whitneys place on Long Island, J. B. Haggin is now sole owner of the colt, he hav ing bought him jointly with Mr. Whitney from A. L. Aste last year, and he will be shipped to Elmea-dorf at an early date for stud purposes. Flying Buttress was claimed out of the third race today by M. J. Cavanagh.
