Circns Girl ran a good race, but faltered when the pinch came. Chandoo made up a lot of ground in the stretch. Tiffany tired in the run home. Little Rock was taken wide into the stretch. Baffled showed speed today and raced Bonnie Maid to defeat in tho first six furlongs, but had to stand a long hard drive to stall off Obstinate Simon. Kellys finish on the latter was a weak one. He tried to take him through an impossible opening next to the inner rail and got pinned in. There was no necessity for the manouvre, as he had clear sailing on the outside. Kinloch Park finished strongly. Sprung did not get to going well until the stretch was reached and closed up fast. Bonnie Maid was raced into exhaustion in setting the pace. Scratched-34403 J. J.
