Wild Oats, badly outrun for the first half, closed up ground rapidly in the last quarter and finished with a great rush. George Fabb was well spent when a furlong out. Lampoon met with early interference, but when once she got dear sailing made up ground fast. Pericles was well beaten when a furlong out. Ho probably runs best in soft going. Pennant showed early speed and bears watching from now on. The Phantom, as usual, ran out at the head of the stretch. Overweights Senator Morrison, 3 pounds. Flocarline, show, 1 to 4. Reseda was under a hard drive through the last quarter and just got up in time to nip Leviathian on the post for third place. Leviathan was well spent in the last hundred yards. Leo Newell faltered at the last eighth pobt and thou rallied finishing strongly. Edith Q. was ridden with poor judgmont, but finished resolutely. Lady Chorister came fast in the last sixteenth.
