Barklyite, off badly, was well ridden, saved ground at all the turns and was given a good finish. Kalos showed speed, but tired. Dade swung wide into the stretch to carry Maggie Felix out. This lost him five lengths in the race, as Barklyite sand ground here. Maggie Felix ran a good race all the way and was a sharp contender to the last sixteenth, where she tired. Our Lady closed up well in the stretch. Henry Burt was off badly and was crowded out of it on the first turn. Scratched 35106Lunar, 107. Barklyite. show, 3 to 5. Kalos, show, out. Varro. well away and carefully handled throughout, came with a rush at the end and was given a strong finish. Eleven Bells ran a fine race and would probably have won with a stronger finish on her. South Breeze showed vast improvement and speed at all parts of the race, closed up very fast and would have won in a few mora strides. Peaceful ran a brilliant race under the weight and was choked by reatraint in the early part of the race. Kittie Clyde finished fast and would have been right there but for the over-.weight. Satin Coat and Found did their best. Alice Turner ran a bad race. Port Royal is sore, a sulker and runs out oh the turns, Overweights Kittie Clyde, 5 pounds. Varro, show, 4 to 5. Tros, off badly, cama with a rush at the finish and was going much the strongest at the end. Antolee, high in flesh, ran an excellent race under a weak ride and will do presently. Ciales was rushed too much in the early part of the race and tired in the stretch. Bengal was off badly and weakly handled and ran a poor race. Erne closed up ground in a hurry and ran a brilliant race for him. Russian ran well, but was weakly ridden. Brutal finished with a tremendous rush and would probably have won if the distance had been one hu-dred yards further. Rochester showed great improvement. Tulare tired badly. Joe Collins ran a dull race, as did Terra Incognita. Scratched 350473Cherished, ICS; 35043 Swordsman, 103. Overweights Tulare, 3 pounds. . Admotus, show, 4 to 1. Erne, show, 6 to 5.
