Incubator secured a lucky start and, under skillful handling, finished strongly and wore W. R. Condon down in the stretch. The latter displayed brilliant speed and improved, stamina, and. can beat good ones. Never-T?IV5 rokejslowly and wasin close quarters to the stretch, where he easily came away from the Held; Red Knight, probably short or unfit, which was foreshadowed in the betting, stumbled at tho start, unexpectedly lacked speed enough to keep up and can do much better. Jack oLantern was closing up strongly at the end. Twin Rose, away badly, made up much ground and finished fast. Minotaur was evidently short. Meddling Mary was nearly left and closed a big gap.
