Disqualification of the following persons and horses was removed : H. L. C. Moore, owner ; the horse Haco. W. A. Rinehart, owner; the horse Hattie Davis. J. T. Sims, owner; the horse Jim Scanlan. M. R. Taylor, owner; the horse Lady Riley. G. W.Terry, owner; the horses - Intent, Fannie Knox. Owners, trainers and jockeys: E. Bedenbeck, G. Ehrlich, C. D. Howard, W. C. Westmoreland, F. L. Dart, D. Hall, J. Moore, J. G. Patton. Horses Vince, property of John Arno. Crossmolina, property of Charles Cramer. Micou, property of E. W. Fitzgerald. Ventoro, property of D. Hammond. King Galong, property of H. I. Marshall. Thomas R. Cornwell was reinstated. The following applications for reinstatement were passed to the next meeting of the Board : T. McGovern, E. E. Murphy, George H.Pierce, Spencer Sutherland Application of James Robertson for permission to race the horse Syrlin, formerly Sevoy, was denied. It was ordered that the Secretary omit from the disqualified list all persons and horses barred for racing at Charleston since April 1, 1902, except where the same may be disqualified for other causes. It was ordered that the following licenses be issued upon receipt of application in the regular form, accompanied, with the fee : T. L. Pierce, trainer; J. Moore, jockey. The following applications for license were passed for future action : H. Leonard, trainer; F. Page, apprentice. It was ordered that licenses be granted to train, ers John M. Paul and J. M. Young upon payment of forfeits in the hands of the forfeit clerk. The license of J. K. Combs, previously revoked, was restored. The following applications for license were denied : George Forrest and J. N. Johnson, apprentices. It was ordered that the entries of Doyle Bros, be refused until such time as satisfactory evidence of good standing is submitted and liability for forfeit determined. The resignation of W. F. Schulte as a member of the Western Jockey Club was accepted. Bills for services rendered to injured jockeys approved and ordered paid. In the mattor of an affidavit filed by H. F. Snider, relative to the ownorship of certain horses against which forfeits have been issued, it was held that Mr. Snider is liable for the payment of said forfeits, In the matter of the appeal from the decision of the Highland Park Club officials in disqualifying Rustic Girl, a winner, and awarding first money to the second horse, as it does not appear that C. M, Waters had written notice of the decision, it was held that his appeal was taken in time and the case will be heard oa its merit1. The appeal is contin ued until the next meeting.
