PUNISHMENT METED OUT. New Orleans, La., Dec. 23. The Stewards of the Crescent City Jockey Club today made the following report and recommendations: "For good and sufficient cause we suggest that all entries from Hatfield and Ownbey and Hatfield, Ownbey and Co. be refused for the remainder of the meeting of the Crescent City Jockey Club, and that the suspension of jockey W. Hicks be continued. We further suggest that the valet known as Kinky be denied all privileges."
