The rdares are Morada, by Favordalo Old Madrid; Old Madrid, by King Alfonso Manxe; Dorothea, by Bond Or Ollie ; Majestic, by Emperor Lassie ; Althoes, by Favardale Dorothea ; American Beauty, by Powhattan Cottona. Petunia, tho bay Ally, which won the Debutante Stakes for two-yoar-olds at New Orleans on Wednesday, is the first of tho get of R. H. McCartor Potters stallion Knight of tho Thistle to win brackets. J. T. Morrill has bought from B. L. Shaw on private terms tho maro Katie Gibbons, with a view to retiring hor for breeding purposes. J. J. Ogles has bought from A. J. Hausar tho four-year-old Doloraine for a brood mare.
