Kilogram was under restraint for the first six furlongs, then took command when ready, but bad to be hustled along at the end to stall off a challenge from Satin Coat. Tho lattor was cut off and crowded back at the first turnv but closed up a big gap and finished faBt. Aurio B. showed a lot of early SDced, but tired in the final drive. Tammany Chief stopped as if short. Wunderlica showed a lot of early speed, sustained it well for the first three-quarters, but tired badly thereafter. The latter was in the good going all the way, displayed early speed and raced Jerry Hunt into submission, but tired in tho last sixteenth. Peat finished strongly.
