SECRETARY KUHL RESIGNS. At the meeting: of the Board of Stewards, held February 2, Harvey T. Woodruff was elected secretary of the Western Jockey Club, George H. Kuhl the former secretary, having resigned. Mr. Kuhl will be identified with the Chicago Jockey Club the coming season, either as secretary or in connection with the business management.
