He raced into a contending position aronnd the far turn and wearing down Miss Louise in the final eighth came away without a great effort. Lazella had a rough trip, but came fast when she secured clear sailing. Miss Louise rnn well in the early stages, but tired when the pinch came. Love Wisely, off poorly, made up lost ground too rapidly and had nothing left at the finish. Jennie Doty showed a flash. The others wore always outrun. Scratched 37365 Pinebrook, 98. Assassin closed fast and ran a good race from a bad beginning. Battus tired in the run home and swerved into Billy Hulse, causing Mountain, on the latter, to pull up. Dr. Hassman displayed his usnnl early speed, but tired rapidly in the last furlong and seemingly has had too much rac-ing. William F. II. is Btrictly a front runner.
