MONTGOMERY DECLARATIONS. Memphis, Term., Feb. 23. Declarations received today from the Montgomery Handicap are Caliban, Rolling Boer, Golden Rule, Lu-cien Appleby. In addition those previously declared are Florestan, Jack Dcmund, Wall, Pericles, Terra Firma, South Breeze, Sambo, Golden "Wishes, Senator Morrison, Skilful, Brief, Five Nations, Travers, Ranchman, Lat-son, Dr. Hart, Maghoni, Moranda, Olefiant, Henry McDaniel, Janeway, Bob McLean, Par Excellence, Clonmel, Marshal Neil, Treacy, Caviar, Lacrimae, Dick Furber, making thirty-three withdrawals to date. Information has been received here that Burns and Waterhouses Corrigan has been declared out of the race. This, however, is not official, as the declaration has not been received by the New Memphis Jockey Club.
