To a number or owners racing here this probably means that an understanding has been entered into between the eastern and western turf bodies to respect one anothers rulings. Earley Wright purchased of R. Bauer, agent for A. Featherstone, the bay horse Emshee. The price paid was said to be ,000. M. Goldblatt bought Bonny Brook of E. Wright, and Jena from H. Goldblatt. K. D. Orr bought Fickle Saint from R. W. Walden before the latter shipped to Bennings.
