Place and show betting goes on the three horses precisely as in the case of any ordinary race. Charles Kay, Cleveland, Ohio. You are in error. You are entitled to the full odds on Musical Slipper, but only half the Banter money. The rule governing bets in cases of dead heats is as old as racing. C. Davis, Cincinnati, O.
