NOTES OF THE TURF. Inquirer. The parlay ending with "Judge" place in the laBt race at Oakland should be paid. There was no other "Judge" than Judge Voorhees in that race and, nnder the circumstances of the bet, the bookmakers must have considered him the horse bet on. I. D. A., Chicago.
