Au Revoir began slowly, but in the last quarter easily passed those in front of him and won much as his rider pleased. Uranium ran an impressive race outstaying Dan McKenna in the last sixteenth struggle. The latter showed much speed, but was well beaten ofter running live and a half furlongs. Tressilian, under a mild drive, wore down Shaitan in the last sixteenth and was going away at the end. The latter showed much speed, but was tiring all through the final sixteenth. Elie ran an impressive race making up much ground in the last quarter and finishing going fast and would have been second in a few more strides. Dick Ripley tired fast when the pinch came. Riceful showed improved form. Claremont got into a jam soon after the start and was thrown completely out of the race. His rider, Coburn, lost a stirrup soon after leaving the post. Claremonts race should be thrown out in future calculations. Corrected weights — Tressilian, 96. Overweights — St. Tucket, 1J pounds. Tressilian, show, 10 to 1. Shaitan, show, 7 to 10. Frank M. met with some interference when turning for home, bht closed up fast in the final eighth. Mi Reina came with a rush at the end. Alfred C. showed speed, but tired palpably ■when the pinch came. Jack Doyle ran in improved form and bears watching. Urchin appeared to have a good chance at the last sixteenth post, but tired badly when called on for a final effort. Do Madge fell away beaten after turning for home. She runs best in soft going. Pyrrho bled badly after running three furlongs and was pulled up. He was barred from any further entry. Scratched— 38S753Gin Spray, 97; 3SS732John J. Regan. Campbell finished going fast. Charley Thompson swung a little wide when turning for home and stood a long stretch drive gamely. Prince of Endurance was thoroughly beaten just after entering the last quarter. Abe Frank crossed his legs after going a sixteenth and threw his jockey. Chicago Girl tired when a furlong out. Miss Manners is seemingly of no present account. Bluemint ran Avell for five furlongs. Corrected weights— Chicago Girl, 88. Scotch Plaid ran well, but tired fast in the last hundred yards. Alma Girl gradually closed up on Scotch Plaid in the last sixteenth and was wearing him down at the end. She ran by far the best race of her career here. Caliban shOAved little speed, but finished fast. Potheen came with a rush at the e.nd. Corrected weights — Alma Girl, 100.
