A SUPPOSED RINGER. Detroit, Mich., June 19. — E. C. Farley and Co., with the horses Sarah Black, Versifier, Gloria Mundi and Anglesea, were today suspended pending an investigation into the identity of the mare Sarah Black that won a race here June 16 and which is now supposed to have been the mare Aimless. The other member of the firm, T. E. Glenn, of Little Rock, was suspended for abusive and intemperate language and for having offered R. P. Dodson 0 to scratch the horse Tommy Hill. E. E. Farley was today fined 00 and suspended from all privileges of the turf and his case referred to the Western Jockey Club.
