The judges thought C. Miller gave Mendon a suspicious ride and suspended him indefinitely. Mendon was the best and barely failed to get up. Spencerian hardly ran her race, but received a vigorous ride and had no mishaps. Imboden was pinched out at the start. Haven Run ran his race. Check Morgan ran a bad race. Captain Gaines was probably second best, but got away badly and had much ground to make up. Kingstelle had no mishaps, but had a hard race Friday and showed the effects of it today. Lady Idris went well for a half mile. Uranium was badly pinched out at the start Sid Silver did not run his race. Sharp Bird is of no present account.
