MELBOURNE STUD DISPERSAL. In this issue is advertised the sale of one of the choicest and longest established col- lection of stallions and broodmares in the United States. The Melbourne Stud has long been famous and from it have come a long and illustrious line of great performers. But ill health has come to prevent its owner. Colonel William S. Barnes, from giving it the close personal supervision such a great establishment demands. So its splendid band of thoroughbreds will be sold at auction by W. T. Woodard, in Lexington, November 16 and 17. Great bargains will be picked up at this sale. Attention is called to its terms as displayed in todays advertising department.
