KARAMA A STAR YOUNGSTER. RUNS HALF A MILE IN 47J, EQUALLING THE CITY PARK TRACK RECORD. Coruscate and Harry Stephens in an Exciting Struggle Nicol Rides Three Winners Romanelli is Twice Fined. New Orleans, La., February 1. Tin- track record for half a mile was equalled by Karama in the opening race at City Park this afternoon. Karauia was bred by Milton Young at McGrathiaua Stud, Lexington, Ky. The performance of this youngster today is the best by any two-year-old in 1900.
