SECRETARY WOODRUFFS MOTHER IS DEAD. Mrs. Julia T. Woodruff, mother of Secretary Harvey T. Woodruff, of the Western Jockey Club, died suddenly from a disease of the heart at her home in this city Saturday morning. The funeral will take place at the family residence, 95 Warren avenue, this afternoon at 1:30 oclock. The interment will be at Graceland.
