The " horse ;FnlV man is dead and jockeys Scoville and : C. .Morris are in a local hospital as the result of an-accident that occurred during the running of the second race at Douglas Park today. There were fourteen starters in the race, which was at tbree-quarter8 of a mile. Nearing the half-mile ground there was a jam. Fullman, Bogum and Selfish,, .ridde by C. Morris; Scoville and J.
