BALDWIN RACING ASSOCIATIONS PLANS. New Los Angeles Track Is to Be Ready by September 1 Capitalized at 00,000. -i Los Angeles, Cal., October 11. Articles incorporating the Baldwin Racing Association have been filed here. The association is capitalized at 00,-000, of which 00,000 has been subscribed. It is proposed to establish by September 1, 1907, a large and modern race course and racing club at Arcadia, twelve miles from Los Angeles. This is the plant mentioned in Daily Racing Form a day or two ago. Hie officers of. thu corporation are: President, . E. J. Lucky Baldwin; vice-president, H. J. Woolacott; secretary-treasurer, E. S. Albright; general manager. J. C. Crevellng. In exchange for 182 acres of land In the Baldwin ranch, Baldwin has accepted 82,000 worth of the associations stock. Woolacott, Albright and Crevellng hold each 20,000 worth of stock and 3,000 worth of stock is held by John D. Spreckels and T. II. Williams. It is proposed trt model the course on the lines of Washington Park, Chicagos recently dismantled plant.
