Dcutschland made the running well in hand until in the final sixteenth, where he gave way to Gambrlnus. Runnels held on in third tuition- all the way, Init never menaced the lenders.. Aucassln finished well up in a good effort. Geranium closed up steadily and was going fastest at the end. Society Bud ran a good race and finished close up. Sanctus ran lapped ,dn the winner throughout in a game effort and lost second place by boring out slightly nt the end. Souvlgny trailed far in the rear for a mile, then moved up and finished a fast going fourth. Realm dropped out after going the -first mile and van a bad race, which should be thrown out. Prince Fortunatus wns a serious contender for second place when a sixteenth out, but tired badly. Gargantua got away poorly and closed a big gap. The latter got away badly and was reserved in the rear of the hot pace and, finishing with a cyclonic stretch sprint, ran a remarkable race. Brookdale Nymph, under a pull, was in close attendance on the pacemaker to the stretch, where sue moved up and momentarily appeared to be winning, but tlrod finally under her impost. Consistent, shut off early, was close up for seven furlongs and then tired. Single Shot dropped hopelessly to the rear and ran a bad race. Scratched 65032s Running Water, 120; 03218 Homoselle, 95. .
