"EARTHQUAKE TICKET" IS CASHED. All of the winning tickets written at Oakland, April 17, the day preceding the San. Francisco earthquake have not been cashed. A man showed up with one last Saturday. It wa3 written in the Berkeley Club, which was backed at the time by Edwin Gaylord of Denver. He hunted up the owner of Rubric and got his money. It is said that there are scores of tickets still out and it is expected that they will be turning up at intervals throughout the season.
