JENNINGS PROMISING YOUNGSTER. "Walter Jennings has only three two year-olds that he will start at the Oakland meeting." says the San Francisco Chronicle. "He intends to try for the stakes with cither the Mimic Sister Genera fil! or the Vesuvlan Lilly Simpson filly. Jennings contends, and with good reason, that he has one of the best-bred youngsters in the country. She is by Galveston — Uosorinonde. Galveston is a son of the celebrated OaJopIn, while Uosorinonde is a daughter of Ormonde — Fairy Rose, by Kisber. The Jennings two-year-ohl should be a eraekerjaek if she lives up to her breeding.
