NOTIFICATION AS TO DURNELL. New York, January 14. — The Jockey Club liaa been officially notified that C. E. Duruell was reinstated by the Pacific Jockey Club on October 12, ISSS. This, however, does not clear up the eligibility of Ne.ilon to race in the Suburban Handicap and other stakes at Sheepshead Bay for which he was entered. In making the entry Durnell staled that the horse is owned jointly by Barney Sclnvilier and himself and that he would race in DunielTs name, hut he neglected to register the partnersuip as is required by rule 55.
