SALEM TOWN WANTS ITS 00. Exeter. N. H.. February 7. — A petition of insolvency against the New England Breeders Club, which last year built tbe large and expensive racing plant known as Rockingham Park at Salem, has been filed in court here by the water commissioners of the town of Salem, who declare that the club owes the town $: Oo for wnter service. The new track was abandoned after one meeting because the state authorities would not permit poolselling, and the property is now being dismantled.
