The track pioper is drying out rapidly. Kokomo. the only successful favorite, was ably pOatad by Walter Miller. Outsiders accounted for the remainder of the program. The disqualification of Miller on Grace G. in the last race yesierday and t lie subsequent lining of the jockey by the stewards has since l een a fruitful topic of conversation among racegoers.
