1 * 1 MUST GO TO ANOTHER COURT. The petition of the creditors of the New England Breeders Club, which last year built and operated Rockingham Park at Salem. N. IL, asking that the club be declared insolvent and a receiver appointed, was dismissed by Judge Hoyt in the Probate Court at Concord, Saturday. As an amusement enterprise. he declared it was without the operation if the bankruptcy act. Some of the creditors will now apply to the Inited States Court to secure an ; opinion as to the phase of the situation brought out : by this decision. The Water Commissioners of the town of Salem, who claim that the club owes the town $:tOO for last years water bill, were the prime movers in bringing the petition for a receiver, and I were later joined by numerous other creditors.
