HUNT FOR WIRE TAPPERS. Hot Springs, Ark.. March 19.— An all-night and all day search for wire ta pliers was prosecuted without result by Western Iniofi linemen from Hot Barbnga and Little Bock. Telegrams from poolroom* af Newport, Louisville and Tearlmna were receiveit last Bight declaring that their wires had lieen tapped and that they bad lost heavily by the victory of Nine. Which won the fifth race yesterday. It is claimed that at each place large bets were made by strangers. For several days men who are said to have lieen connected with wire tapping schemes in the past, have been seen herealiouts, but they have done nothing locally.
