TREVELYAN MAY JUDGE AT LATONIA. Cincinnati. O.. May 8.— Louis A. Cella snd J. It, Rhinock arrived here from Louisville last night and spent a portion of today at the offices of the Latonia Jockey Club In Covington arranging some of the details for the spring meeting, which will open June 10. it is not certain, but it is highly probable, that Francis Trevelyan will be the presiding judge here. Mr. Trevelyan is now at his home in Charlottesville. Va., and correspondence with him as to an engagement here hrs been opened.
