MOTION TO QUASH INDICTMENT. Memphis, Tetin., May 8. — In the Misdemeanor Court today, attorneys for the New Memphis .Tixkey Club, which organization is under indictment for permitting betting at a matinee meeting several weeks ago, moved to quash the indictment an the ground of unconstitutionality. Judge Palmer took the case under advisement until Monday.
